Kezenoy-am All-Season Tourist and Recreational Complex
Kezenoy-am All-Season Tourist and Recreational Complex is located in the territory of the Chechen Republic, in the Vedensky District. The resort is located in the eastern part of the Republic, on the border with the Republic of Dagestan, near the deepest lake in the Caucasus — Kezenoy-am. Lake Kezenoy-am is located at an altitude of 1,870 m above sea level and covers an area of 2.4 sq. km. The lake has a maximum depth of 74 m. In winter, the lake freezes, and in summer the water temperature is about 5 °C.
The project includes:
- a year-round tourist center providing a full range of ski resort services and various entertainment and sports events;
- with slopes of varying complexity, it provides a wide range of summer activities that allow the resort to cover a wider consumer market;
- Kezenoy-am All-Season Resort focuses on demand in the local market without any specific target group to attract more tourists and reach the best economic results.
National Ropeways Limited Liability Company carried out the construction of the resort in 2 stages: the construction of ski areas and summer activity areas.
